Living on a farm with my husband and 4 kids, getting to a gym was never an easy task. As I approached 40, my eating habits and exercise routine needed a major overhaul. I tried it all, but I was unfocused and unmotivated. It wasn't until I started working with my personal trainer that I started seeing real results in my body and mind – not just weight loss, but more energy, strength and stamina. In 3 years, I turned into the woman I had always dreamed of becoming. Working out consistently became part of my life and gave me the vitality I needed as a busy, working mum.
Inspired by my progress and ability to smash through my fitness goals, I decided to take the leap from amateur fitness enthusiast to professional personal trainer. Now that I've become a certified fitness and nutrition coach, my philosophy is to enable people from all walks of life to achieve their health goals sustainably. All without breaking the bank or having to spend hours exercising every week.
Annihillation Fitness was born from the desire to share motivation and help my clients kick fear of failure to the curb! Consistency is key to creating long-term impact. No excuses! I'm proud to say that in just 2 years, I’ve worked with over 50 amazing people – in group sessions, 1:1 sessions, nutrition consultations and online at-home programs. Each of my clients has an individual wellbeing plan developed to suit their own unique needs and empower them with all they need to achieve their goals.

Looking for a social and supportive workout? Our group training sessions have been designed to offer a welcoming environment, great music and an awesome group of humans ready to feel energised and strong. Get your sweat on with a perfect mix of strength & conditioning, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), boxing, flexibility and balance. We cater to every fitness level, and we're here to support you with your goals no matter where you're starting from. Get ready to sweat, laugh and most importantly, have fun!
1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Achieve your fitness goals with expert advice and guidance through personalised sessions to suit your needs and desires. Training sessions are 60 minutes long for maximum results and, depending on your preferences, will incorporate strength-based exercises and an option for cardio. Perfect for anyone new to exercise, lacking confidence in using gym equipment or simply seeking support. We'll have you on track to reach your fitness goals in no time. Limited spots available.
PERSONALISED AT-HOME PROGRAM
Our at-home and anytime training program is a great option for anyone short on time but big on goals. Feel strong and confident with a personalised program designed to suit your lifestyle and preferences. You can train in the comfort of your own home or at your local gym whenever it's convenient for you, making it easier to fit exercise into your busy schedule. Now there's no excuse for not getting the results you want!
Need an extra pep talk? Get even more out of your at-home program with coaching support! This is a great way to provide additional accountability to help keep you on track. We'll call you once a week to discuss your progress. You'll also receive goal-setting strategies and encouragement.
Eat healthier and train better! Our consultations are designed to help you identify barriers to healthy living that may be standing in the way of success. You'll have a chance to ask questions about your diet and receive the support, guidance and motivation you need to improve your nutrition and overall health.
